  • Tutoring services β€” One-on-one instruction in Python, R, statistics, and data science
  • Digital products β€” Templates, courses, and downloadable resources (when available)

Account Registration

Some services may require account registration. If you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website β€” including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code examples, and software β€” is the property of PyStatR+ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The PyStatR+ name, logo, and β€œLearning Simplified. Communication Amplified.” tagline are trademarks of PyStatR+.

Your License to Use Our Content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Design Services Terms

Project Process

  1. Consultation β€” We discuss your needs and provide a quote
  2. Agreement β€” You approve the quote and project scope
  3. Creation β€” We develop initial concepts and designs
  4. Revision β€” We refine based on your feedback (revisions as specified in quote)
  5. Approval β€” You approve the final design
  6. Delivery β€” Final files are provided upon full payment

Payment Terms

Service Payment Terms
Logo design Payment due upon approval of final design
Flyer design Payment due upon approval of final design
Web development As specified in project proposal (typically milestone-based)
Tutoring Payment due before or at time of session

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, Mobile Money (M-Pesa), and other methods as specified.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive:

  • Full commercial usage rights for the approved final design
  • High-resolution files in specified formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, AI as applicable)
  • Source files where agreed upon in the project scope

Ownership transfers upon payment. Until payment is received, all work remains the property of PyStatR+.

Revisions

  • The number of included revisions is specified in your quote
  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees
  • Major scope changes may require a revised quote

Refunds and Cancellations

Design Warranty

We guarantee that all designs are:

  • Original work created by PyStatR+
  • Free from plagiarism or copyright infringement
  • Delivered in the specified formats

We do not guarantee that designs will achieve specific business results.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly. You may not:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect personal information about other users without consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PyStatR+, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
  • Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
  • One hundred US dollars ($100)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PyStatR+ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your user-generated content

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@pystatrplus.org to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes not resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, USA.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

Time Limitation

Any claim arising from these Terms or our services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the β€œLast Updated” date at the top of this page
  • Material changes may be communicated via email or prominent website notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

  • Limit availability of services to certain regions

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for:

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment for services
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services ceases immediately
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will remain in effect

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PyStatR+ regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet/power outages.
